平成初期に購入し、長期自宅保管していたものとなります。
新品であり使用感もあるため、ご理解の上ご購入くださいませ。

自作したカーテンを両面テープで貼り付けていたため、全ての窓のフレーム部分にシール剥がしあとがあります。
目立った汚れは裏側の床面に一部茶色のシミで、こちらはおそらくマニキュアの色味だと思います。
また、裏面の階段のパーツなど欠けている可能性があるのですが、何が足りていないのか把握できておりません。
家具
満遍なく生活に必要なグッズが揃っています。写真に映っているものが全てで目立った汚れがあるものは緑のドレッサーの鏡、シャワーカーテンの日焼けシミです。

発送時は水色の箱はつきませんが、中に入っているものが全てです。ランドセルやお風呂セット、はかりなどのキッチングッズ、文具などがあります。

there are sticker removal marks on all window frames.
The most noticeable stain is a brown mark on the backside floor.
Some parts, such as the staircase on the back side, may be missing, but I am not able to confirm exactly which ones.
Furniture
Everything in the photos is what you will receive.
Noticeable wear includes the mirror on the green dresser and sun-fading stains on the shower curtain.
